We walk the space, discuss your priorities and options, then provide a written estimate with clear line items. If there are choices that meaningfully affect price, we’ll price them both ways so you can decide.
Do you help with design decisions?
Yes. For many projects we can help you narrow down layouts, finishes, and fixtures. For larger or more custom projects, we’re happy to coordinate with a designer you already have.
How far in advance should we book?
Schedules move, but in general we recommend reaching out 4–8 weeks before you’d ideally like to start. Smaller projects can sometimes be scheduled sooner.
